The specific features of public law entities as subjects of civil law similar to the legal entities

The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the legal status of public law entities comparatively with evidence of legal entities. Оbjective: The problem of the limits of the rights and powers of private parties relationships is the eternal dispute of many scientists and the subject of many lawsuits. However, if the limits of the legal status of individuals and legal entities as a sides of private law relations are completely enough regulated by applicable law, but in the case when one of the parties is a public law entity the question of a legal status of this entity gets a special urgency. Material and methods: The methodological base of the research accounted the following methods of the theory and history of law and government, history of law and state: common scientific, private scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge of objective reality, including dialectical-materialistic, analysis and synthesis, comparative legal. Results: Public law entities in the system of civil rights hold a special place: on the one hand, they are full participants in civil legal relations, which are subject to the norms of civil law, on the other − have specific features outlined in this work, which do not allow to include them to the category of individuals or legal entities. Conclusion: The relevance of scientific work due to fundamental problems studied, the lack of consensus of scientists and researchers in discussing the limits of the rights and powers of public law entities as subjects of civil law
