Abstract:

In this article the order of removal of the observers and other persons breaking the law on elections, referenda from the room for vote in the order established by the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation is considered. Besides, the order of application of standards of the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses concerning observers and other breaking law on elections and referenda indoors for vote is offered.
