On some issues related to the law on crimes against sexual integrity

Problem − The purpose of writing this article is to study the scientific criminal legislation of the Russian Federation on crimes against sexual integrity, to identify gaps and inaccuracies contained in the articles of the Criminal Code relating to crimes considered group. On the analysis of the issue under consideration by the author suggests ways to address gaps and inaccuracies legislation. Model − The field of study is in the articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation devoted to crimes against sexual integrity. Performance of a task achieved by analyzing the current legislation of the Russian Federation, with the subsequent generation of ways to address the stated problem. Conclusions − The author identified a number of problematic issues related to regulatory issues of crimes against sexual integrity. Proposed solutions to identified gaps criminal law. Originality / value − This paper contains analysis of proposals to address the identified problems of modern Russian scientists, and offers original solutions for reducing some of the gaps related to criminal law legislation on crimes against sexual integrity. The work is intended to explore the scientific community, and use in the formation of possible proposals to improve the existing criminal law
