On the international adoption in the Russian Federation

At present, all the topic of international adoption is popular as ever, this is partially due to the ban on adoptions of Russian citizens U.S. citizens. In this paper an attempt to justify realized the need for international adoption. The article presents the arguments in favor of this phenomenon, and the need to control this field. All the arguments and facts presented supporters of the law «Dima Yakovlev» is not thorough and insignificant in comparison with the happiness of tens of thousands of children who were adopted, have grown and become worthy members of society. International adoptive parents in most cases the children were taken, the chance to be adopted in which the Russian Federation was disastrously low, and citizens of the United States took them and filmed material load with Russia in a very difficult years, when the funding of the industry was in Miscellaneous below. Danae scope must be clearly under the control of, or at least should be given quota on adoptions. But the ban is contrary to the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Do not forget that it is the citizens of the Russian Federation adopted that create a positive image of our country that has emerged in the United States, Germany, Italy, Spain (and others) in the graying years.
