Abstract:

Taking into account that the social security system is national, it is built taking into account the level of the state's economic development, the specifics of the socio-demographic composition of the population, historical and national cultural traditions and functions on the basis of the internal legal order, one cannot ignore the fact that the very right to Social security, its basic conditions must comply with international standards of social security, which are designed to guarantee a decent life To each person at approach of corresponding social risks.
