Aims of research. This article is concerned with legal nature, special aspects of legal personality and legal form of organization of the state corporation as specific subject in Russian civil law under modern conditions. The aims of this article are a solution of practical applied problem of legal regulation of status of the state corporations in Russia, and also the solution of scientific problems of new theoretical category "state corporation" in categorial system of Russian jurisprudence in the sphere of researches of the corporate relations and private law. Methodology. The problems are considered by specific targets of the state corporation functions and scientific opinions of theoreticians and practices civil law scholar. Analysis and subsequent synthesis of knowledge about legal regulation of state corporations in Russian civil law with using research methods and approaches of social sciences: deductive statistical, narrative, comparative, hermeneutical etc. Conclusions. The main conclusions of this research represent possible ways of permission of legal collisions in modern Russian civil law by unification of legal regulation of the status and activity of state corporations. This article is concerned with legal nature, special aspects of legal personality and legal form of organization of the state corporation as specific subject in Russian civil law. Framework research/a possibility of the subsequent use of results of work. Results of the this research can be used further for development of scientific theoretical tools of jurisprudence and deepening of knowledge about a phenomenon of the state corporation in the sphere of civil law and the corporate relations in Russia and the national and international legal practice. Practical value. Results of the this research can be applied in law-making, law-enforcement, control and other activity of bodies of the state for improvement of laws and practice of application of civil law, and also can be applied in educational process of legal universities to formation of professional knowledge and skills of students. Social consequences. The investigation's impacts would allow the division to achieve its educational, academic and awareness goals within Russian higher legal education as well as state legal policy in general. Target group. It will give an opportunity to transmit the new legal knowledge widely: to institutions, academics, policy makers, civil servants, organises civil society and the general public at large.
