Abstract:
The article deals with the problems of complex mechanism of functioning of budget federalism in Russia during the formation of market relations. The purpose of the article is to find more effective models of building budget federalism. The problems of the budgetary system in Russia, including inter-budgetary relations within the subjects of the Federation, as well as complex processes of formation of the Republican and local municipal budgets are analyzed.
