Abstract:
The article shows the historical process of formation of the institute of notarial protection of civil and family rights in the aspect of international legal assistance, as well as ways to improve the existing legislation on notaries, taking into account historical experience and modern trends in the development of social relations in this sphere. Conclusions and offers of the article is based on a comprehensive analysis of the law on notaries as the Soviet period and modern Russian, the materials of the State archive of the Russian Federation.
