The article presents an analytical assessment of the legal regulation of private legal relations between professional football players and the leadership of football clubs in modern Russia. An attempt is made to identify fragmentary and analytical scientific and legal consideration of development trends in the designated studying area. Task: the reason for writing research work is an increasing actualization of the problem of private law relations of professional football clubs and players in the Russian Federation, as well as the improvement of the processes of legal regulation of these relations. Nowadays, among the foreign researchers involved in the studying of an identical scientific and legal problem, with reference to clubs and football players of European states, well known the works of A. Kraus, D.P. Panagiotopoulos, S. Pautot and others. The purpose of the research in this scientific and legal area is to implement an attempt to make its own methodological contribution to the scientific conditionality of systematic transformations of the Russian legislative framework, governing the private law relations in modern Russian football. Model: this article uses methods of analysis and synthesis, system-functional and formal-logical methods of research, as well as an empirical method - content analysis of legal documentation. Conclusions: the consideration results of scientific and legal publications devoted to analytical coverage of the problems of private law relations between professional football players and football clubs in Russia make it possible to state that there are two main development trends in this area. One of these trends is foreign policy. It is characterizing by the necessity in providing professional athletes with conditions for effective implementation of their immediate activities. This necessity stipulates the legal transformation in this considered area. This process is productive, as a result of the interaction of the Russian Federation with international organizations - as football federations, as labor public institutions. Another tendency is the intra-legal one, conditioned by the universalization of the synthesis of the constituent branches of labor and civil law, which regulate the legal relationships of professional football players and football clubs acting as employees of these sports organizations of modern Russia. The field of researching/ the possibility of the following using of the results of scientific work: this research aimed to the studying of the legal conditionality of the formation of the legislative framework governing private law relations in the Russian professional football environment. The results of the scientific work are relevant for including them in the courses of legal disciplines taught in Russian universities. In addition, these results can become a fundamental basis for subsequent scientific and legal research in the designated area with a view to universalizing legal relations between professional players and football clubs in the Russian Federation. Practical meaning: the results of this research work, with some admissibility, can become a component of a methodological scientific and legal justification for the need to improve the legal framework that acts as an instrumental and legal basis for regulating relations in Russian football industry. Social consequences: the improvement of the legislative framework, which determines the efficiency of the law regulation of the relations between football players and the leadership of the club, minimizes the risks of neuropsychiatric and, as a consequence, other diseases, and thus positively affects the ability of professional football players. This fact determines the improvement of the quality of football in our country, raising the level of attention to the most popular game in the world among the population of the Russian Federation, which contributes to strengthening the social balance within Russia. Originality / Value: the results of these researches can be used successfully in the following research activities on the stated problems. The article aimed to representatives of scientific and legal circles, legislators and people interested in improving the relations of private law relations as in the sphere of Russian professional sports in general, as in the football sector in particular.
