Abstract:
Challenges in fighting against acts of corruption are considered in the article; highlighted the inconsistencies and imperfect terms in legislation and execution specified by laws and regulations. The incorrect legal technicalities in the setting legal norms for acts of corruption prevent law-enforcement machinery from working effectively. The chief priority of the legislator is eliminating of the gaps in law-drafting. Improving proposals for anti-corruption regulation are coined in the article.
