Abstract:
In this article the author examines the legal freedom of the individual as the most acceptable form of human interaction and social systems. The use of this form may harmonize individual and social interests. Otherwise, the balance of interests is always broken in favor of one party - an individual or social system as a whole, leading either to a weakening or even breakdown of the system or to minimize the degree of individual freedom. Analyzing legal freedom, the author distinguishes three possible forms of its implementation, which are directly determined by the specificity of the interaction of the rights and freedoms of the individual.
