Right of protection of the individuals is a general right of personality. In the framework of the personal rights there are an unlimited number of partial personal rights, as for example the right to honor and dignity, the right to personal privacy, the right to a good reputation, or a right to own shape. Personality is manifested as dynamic systems, the characteristics of which vary according to age, and reach relatively more constancy in adulthood. In such a unified framework for the protection of individual rights, there are some partial rights that are subjected to legal protection of individual values of a natural person, as an inseparable part of a general physical, mental and moral integrity. Between interference of the right to protection of the individual and the violation of personal rights there must be a causal connection and intervention must exceed a certain degree of intensity, which should not be allowed in the democratic society.
