Private-law regulation of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and its reorganization into a public-law company

Objective: to study the reform of the legal status of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and its reorganization into a public-law company. Model: the methodological basis of the study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge, among which the leading place is occupied by the comparative legal method, the dialectical-materialistic method and the method of system analysis. Conclusions: transformation of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation into a public-law company will significantly affect the pension insurance system in the Russian Federation. Thus, the RF Pension Fund will receive more freedom in the process of accumulation and exaggeration of monetary funds, a more open and balanced decision-making process in connection with the transformation of government bodies, which is supposed to consist of representatives of the state, trade unions and employers. Thus, the transformation of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation into a public law company will significantly affect the current system of pension insurance towards liberalization and democratization of the Russian pension system. Social consequences: this study can significantly affect the further development of the RF Pension Fund and the pension system as a whole. Originality / Value: this study can be used to draft a bill on the possible reorganization of the RF Pension Fund into a public law company.
