Abstract:

The post-unitary economy strengthened by loading of import substitution experiences the raised risk strain. Standard and legal regulation doesn't exempt the enterprise from need of formation risk - the focused control system. Prospects of potential development of industrial production caused the main lines of modernization of system and its effective functioning.
