Abstract:
The temporary and factor decomposition of incentives and motivation of the work of the personnel of organizations shows the vector of transformation of labor relations, the interest of individuals in active labor activity. Elements of material remuneration, intangible incentives are subjected to socio-economic impacts of a specific historical nature. Motivation to work, due to the interrelation of objective and subjective, endogenous and exogenous, instrumental and terminal motivations of labor are modified with the modernization of the sphere of production. During the evolution of labor relations, the stimulation of labor activity is influenced by a whole range of factors of the external and internal environment: organizational, legal, technical, material, social, moral and sociological. In the article the author examines the trends of changes in attitudes toward work activity over a long time interval.
