The study proved that the irrational ratio of liabilities and assets, insecurity of supply sources of financing in the conditions of uncertainty break the financial equilibrium, making it very difficult for a full implementation of the traditional method the relationship between sources of financial capacity and assets of a commercial enterprise organizations in the region. In this regard, it should be limited to implementation of only the traditional method, its incomplete functioning justifies the need for the development of non-traditional method.
