Abstract:

In the article the author considers the regulatory and legal framework that regulates the information activities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the sphere of interaction with federal bodies of state power, state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local governments, and the public. The activities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on interaction with the media and the population are aimed at the maximum possible coverage of print and Internet media, television broadcasts and social media, therefore, daily monitoring, operational search and systematization of information are carried out. The legal model of the work on interaction with the media and the public of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in modern conditions corresponds to the needs of the society, is sufficiently effective and in demand.
