The article analyzes the main forms of liability of the Builder under the agreement of share participation in construction. Characterized by the causes and grounds of collection incurred by the holders for losses and moral harm are determined by the peculiarities of liability of the Builder to the shareholders - citizens entering into the contract not for business purposes.
