Abstract:

The article provides a general analysis of the system of social security of military personnel with a separate assessment of the implementation of the right to housing and the right to free spa treatment of military men, persons dismissed from military service and members of their families. The article provides an analysis of guarantees and compensations taking into account the various ranks of the Armed Forces, the family composition, as well as a detailed analysis of the mechanism of realization of the right to housing. There are a number of regulations, which laid down the guarantees, rights and compensation military.
