Abstract:
The article discusses some theoretical issues connected with the circulation of Bank cards. The civil code and regulations of the Central Bank of Russia does not consolidate the legal regulation of the issuance and use of banking products. The analysis of proposals for the consolidation of contractual relationships in the system of relations of participants of the payment system rules of the civil law.
