Abstract:

The main purpose of the article is the consideration of the right to personal safety of the child as a constitutional right in the context of its relationship with other constitutional rights in the framework of the constitutional-legal status of minors. When writing the article the Author used General scientific and specifically scientific methodological tools. The author comes to the conclusion that the right to personal integrity, the young man gets its expression through the enforcement of the fundamental constitutional rights and freedoms, namely: right to life, right to health, right to liberty and security of person. The article may be useful for teachers and students of law faculties and legal practitioners.
