In the article the questions of modeling of innovative potential of the enterprise culture are examined. The aspects of the Russian mentality and turbulence of the external environment are also taken into account. In the modeling process the method of constructing the cognitive maps with the identification of strategic factors-concepts, reflecting the specific culture of entrepreneurship, was employed.
