Abstract:
The paper analyses the essence and structure of intellectual potential as the most important element of the «knowledge economy» formation in relation to economic meso-level systems. It considers the peculiarities and tools for the formation of «intellectual growth points» at the regional level. The author proposes a conceptual model of regional intellectual potential management. It includes the stages of structuring, grouping and engaging elements of this potential.
