Abstract:
The aim of the study is to highlight the problem of integration of risk management for Russian enterprises. The research tasks are the theoretical analysis of possible problems in the risk management system of modern enterprises, as well as the econometric study of a number of companies of the Russian Federation based on the methods of correlation regression analysis. The theoretical part reveals the essence of the system of key performance indicators (KPI), and also describes the relevance of the introduction of risk management tools in the management system of domestic enterprises. The object of the study are the five largest corporations in the Russian Federation. On the basis of statistical data, a correlation-regression analysis of the main indicators of the business process and finance aspect within the KPI system was carried out. The data obtained during the analysis characterize the presence of risk factors, which in turn cause a possible decline in the performance of enterprises.
