Tasks. In the current conditions of the active formation of the Unified economic space of the EAEC the problems of the customs and logistics complex of the EAEC, the introduction of advanced customs technologies, the improvement of interaction between customs authorities and the business community. The task of the research is to determine the priorities for improving the customs and logistics infrastructure of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. Model. As a research tool, general scientific methods, such as analysis and synthesis, detailing and generalization, logical and systemic approaches, were used in the performance of the work. Conclusions. The realization of the transport and transit potential of the Eurasian Economic Union in the current conditions should be based on the formation of a unified strategy for the development of the customs and logistics complex of the EAEC, the automation of customs procedures within the customs territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union as unified general processes of improving the institution of authorized economic operators. Scope of the study. The choice of the territorial and chronological scope of the study is determined by the necessity of study foreign experience in the development of the logistics customs infrastructure in order to create a unified strategy for the formation of the customs and logistics complex of the EAEU. Practical significance. Realization of the approaches of the development of the customs and logistic infrastructure of the EAPS in the article will allow maximizing the positive effect of integration. Originality / value. The article has the theoretical and practical value, because on the basis of the analysis of foreign experience in the development of the customs and logistics infrastructure the authors identified problems of the customs and logistics systems of members of the EAEU and identified priorities for improving customs administration in the EAEU.
