Abstract:
Purpose: the urgency of the topic, the insufficient level of its scientific development, predetermined the research objectives, which consist in analyzing the activities of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the view of the participant in the arbitration process in disputes related to economic activities. Methods: the methodological basis of scientific research is the general scientific method of cognition combined with certain private scientific methods: the method of using the laws of formal logic, the method of comparative jurisprudence. Results: The provisions of domestic legislation regulating the activities of the said party to the arbitration process are examined. The author's position on the main kinds of disputes considered in arbitration courts with the participation of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is stated. Practical significance / value: the main provisions and conclusions of the article can be used in scientific and pedagogical activity when considering questions about the optimization of civil proceedings.
