Abstract:
The article discusses the legal status of the crypto currency in criminal law, the qualification of crimes using digital coins. The article suggests the main approaches to the qualification of crimes committed with crypto currency based on the explanations contained in Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2017 No. 48 «On judicial practice in cases of fraud, misappropriation and embezzlement».
