Abstract:
In article the general and specific barriers interfering formation and development of innovative culture in Russia are considered. The statistics of innovative activity of the hi-tech organizations for types of economic activity and on forms of ownership is analysed. Institutional forms of support of hi-tech sector according to Strategy of development of subjects of small and average business till 2030 are presented.
