MANIFESTATIONS OF PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION

Objective: This article is aimed at researching the specifics of professional negligence manifested in the legal profession, its features, originality, sources of origin, causes, degree of public danger. Model: When writing the article used the dialectical-materialist approach to the study of perspective, analytical method, structure and function, comparative law, formal-logical approach. Conclusion: The social hazard of the variety of the anomaly of awareness of the law under study is that the lack of discipline entails a decrease in the level of work on oneself, self-improvement, the study of short stories in legislation, scientific literature and, ultimately, the degradation of legal knowledge, and hence other elements of legal awareness. Scope of the study / possibility of further use of the results of scientific work: Results of the above studies are applicable (may be taken into account) in the preparation and professional development of lawyers, as well as the prevention of crime in the law environment. Practical value: The results of this study may change the content of methodologies for training and further training of lawyers. Social consequences: The study aims to influence the state legal policy related to the prevention and elimination of distortion of justice in society, including in the legal profession. Originality / value: The study of professional negligence of the lawyer, its features and causes in the scientific literature paid little attention. The results of studying this negative phenomenon of legal reality can be applied by teachers of law faculties of higher educational institutions in the training of law students, members of the legal community and its self-governing bodies.
