Abstract:
Private employment agencies as essential participants in the Russian labor market, belong to the circle of persons who may carry out activities on providing of employees (personnel). Therefore, the analysis of the legislation regulating the legal status of private employment agencies as a subject of labor law is relevant, has both theoretical and practical importance. The article describes the elements of the legal status of private employment agencies as a subject of labor law, a signed labor contract with the employee and sent him temporarily to work in another organization or natural person under the contract on granting of employees (personnel). Analysis of the legislation regulating features of work of the workers directed by the employer temporarily to other legal entities or individuals under contract on granting of employees (personnel), allowed us to highlight some peculiarities of legal status of private employment agencies as an employer and justify the need to further improve legislation with a view more clear definition of the legal status of private employment agencies as employers.
