Abstract:
The article analyzes the system of evaluation of the results of the implementation of the powers of the Prosecutor in the concept of the author's concept of their Doctrinal model. It is doctrinally proved that the complex evaluation of these results consists of the results of statistical evaluation, intra-system expert evaluation and sociological evaluation. Criteria of intra-system expert evaluation of results of realization of powers of the Prosecutor are proved, concrete offers on indicators of measurement of these results are given.
