Abstract:
The article contains an analysis of historical documents, such as United States Supreme Court’s decisions along with several legislative and non-legislative acts. On the basis of the aforesaid analysis it is concluded that the United States Supreme Court and constitutional proceedings, exercised by The Court, are one of the territorial guaranties of the State.
