REPRODUCTION OF THE HUMAN CAPITAL ON MESO- LEVEL

In the 21st century the human capital becomes a key type of the equity, creating various options of productive capital combinations with participation of the technological, financial, organizational, institutional equities. It should be noted that the human capital determines results of movement of all equity, realizing key tasks of development of modern reproduction: forming and accomplishment of innovative technology and management decisions, provision of intellectual services, dynamic coordination of interests of participants of the business environment. Relevance of the chosen subject is also explained by it. In article features of cyclic movement of this type of the equity are considered, it is determined that reproduction of a human capital, owing to the social nature of this phenomenon, in many respects, depends on quality and completeness of the available institutes and infrastructure. Offers and recommendations for reproduction in a human capital on meso- level promote activization of the transformational processes proceeding in Russia aimed at the innovative development of domestic economy.
