Abstract:
Resume. The article examines the characteristics of the sales policy of tourist companies under conditions of economic crisis. The tourism industry significantly affected by the negative impact of the economic crisis, which is reflected in the content of the marketing policy of tourism companies. The author describes the main features of the tourism industry, analyzes key indicators of its functioning at the international level, highlights the characteristics of tourism products and services that distinguish them from other product categories and comes to the conclusion about the specifics of marketing activities of tourism companies. The author analyzes specific aspects of the impact of the economic crisis on the sales of tourism companies, the features of marketing activities of companies of the tourism industry, refined the features of transformation of marketing policy in tourism companies in the context of the economic crisis on the basis of differentiation of its separate elements. On the example of the leading tourist companies of Russia - Pegas Touristik, TEZ TOUR, CORAL TRAVEL, TUI, Natalie tours and analyzed tselepolaganie, object, subject, uniform, tool and price aspects of the marketing policy in conditions of economic crisis; presented abstracts describing these aspects at the level of practice marketing activities of tourism companies in the current crisis of the national economy. The study the author comes to the conclusion of a logical transformation of key aspects of the marketing policy of tourism companies, as appropriate to the needs of the target audience and the challenges of the modern economy.
