Abstract:

The necessity of writing the article is conditioned by the widespreading investment projects with the use of PPP instruments in foreign countries. The pace of implementation of PPP projects abroad, as well as methods of their implementation are different. Some of which can be applied in domestic practice. The article analyzes the implementation of several foreign PPP projects. Special attention in analysis was given to the large and successful projects. The main expected consequence of the publication is the optimization of the PPP system in the Russian Federation. As well as the possible adaptation of foreign experience of implementation of PPP projects to the Russian reality.
