Abstract:
The article raises the problem of motivation of the personnel as one of the key components of modern management. The author writes about the importance of the mission and values of the organization, which must divide the staff. The organization is seen as interrelated and interacting system of small structures-units endowed with certain autonomy, but united by common goals. The author put forward some recommendations for improving the management of the organization.
