ECONOMIC OUTLOOK: PARAMETERS AND RELIABILITY

As one of key problems in economy, along with problems of ensuring efficiency of activities of accounting entities, also the complex of tasks of forming of economic forecasts for various prospect acts. It is caused by the fact that in case of macroeconomic planning the reference point of development of national economy represents not a certain final value, the so-called "point", a trajectory of movement of this point in time in multidimensional space of various parameters of an economic condition of system directed in the future. Thus, a paramount task of process of economic forecasting is determination of the specified trajectory. Availability of such reference point also determines tactical, operational and strategic tasks of development planning of an accounting entity and national economy on various prospect, and reliability of determination of this reference point and its change in time becomes a key factor of quality and efficiency of planning. In article theoretical and methodical questions of reasons for parameters and assessment of reliability of the specified forecasts are considered
