Abstract:
The article studies the socio-demographic causes of terrorism, provides interesting data confirming the impact of changes in demographic and socio-economic processes on the growth of criminological tension, as well as statistical data that confirm the ambiguity of the socio-demographic factor of terrorism. The originality of the article lies in the fact that it presents the results of scientific research conducted by the authors, in particular the results of the forecast of the dynamics of the age structure of the population and its consequences, the relationship with the spread of extremism and terrorism.
