Abstract:

This article discusses issues relating to incentive measures in the system of the purposes of punishment. The authors of the article analyzed the main forms and methods of promotional practice as a stimulus to the formation of a disciplinary and behavioral status of convicted persons for the prevention of recurrence as a means of achieving the objectives of punishment.
