Abstract:

The article views the examples of investigative and court practice in criminal cases about passive executed sexual crimes, presents its critical analysis and estimation, and also compliances with the enactment of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation «On court practice in cases about crimes against sexual immunity and sexual freedom of personality» dated 04/12/2014 № 16. The author discusses some questions of qualification and usage of the institute of passive execution of sexual crimes.
