Abstract:

The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the criminal law of Somalia. Formulated the concept of criminal liability and its grounds, acceptable to solve practical problems of combating crime. The necessity for a specially designed program to implement legal awareness of Somalis advantage of solution of the problem of criminal liability only on the basis of secular law. Proposals for improving the Criminal Code of Somalia in terms of regulation of the forms of realization of criminal liability.
