Abstract:
The problem raised in the article are virtually unexplored in domestic science about prosecutorial activities. Traditionally, the emphasis in the activities of public prosecutors in pre-trial stages is placed on this site (among others) as the supervision over the observance of the rights of the suspect and the accused. The article raised questions not just relevant, but extremely popular on the modern stage of development of interdisciplinary research in legal science
