Abstract:

The article examines the main provisions of the book of Genesis in the Old Testament Moses Pentateuch, predetermines religious-legal order control the ancient Israeli people. The human world is at the stage of the embryo, for this reason, and normative legal acts that determine the administration, represent the preconditions of the origin of such norms. In this regard, the very provisions of the text of the old Testament in the modern world is almost a uniform, universal understanding, which allows to make a conclusion about the completeness and sufficiency in the interpretation of ancient laws, and promotes the opportunity to evaluate its contribution to modern legal and administrative regulations. Being the first in the old Testament, the Book of Genesis, however, determined the basics, which nowadays are basic and urgent for the state.
