Abstract:

The article is devoted to the debatable questions of understanding the system of sources of the branch of the criminal-executive law. The author examines scientific views on the possibility of admitting federal regulatory legal acts of non- criminal-executive law to be sources of the branch of the criminal-executive law. The opinion of widening the system of sources of the branch of the criminal-executive law at the expense of including regulatory legal acts of other branch and inter-branch character that contain regulations of the criminal-executive law is expressed.
