Abstract:

In the article the author considered problematic definition of generic and specific object of fraud in the sphere of computer information. The author, having determined that the generic object of fraud in the sphere of computer information are the property relations, comes to the conclusion that the separation of species on the object horizontally on the main kinds of objects and additional kinds of objects, which in Art. 159.6 of the Criminal Code are the relations in the sphere of economy.
