Abstract:
The article discusses the essence of the problems and the mechanism of legal regulation of special services activities, justifies the practicability of entering into circulation of various terms of interpreting the notion and the subject of legal regulation between legal entities which occur when implementing activities of special services and bodies of enforcement which in total make up the law enforcement system.
