Abstract:
This article examines the question of the date of application for judicial review by the act, which came into force, according to the new circumstances claimed in the 5th p. 4th part of the article 392 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Russian Federation, due to the fact that the requirements of Code of Civil Procedure are directly related to the implementation of the principle of legal certainty and the obligation of the judicial decision.
