Abstract:
The aim of this article was analysis of the problems of modern higher legal education and making some proposals of how to solve them. The direction of the reforming of higher education is quite different depending of which sphere of the system is supposed to be the most important: society in general, individual needs of higher education itself as a social institute. This analysis made in this paper is based on the professional experience of the professors of the higher school. Education is being observed as a part of the system “society-education-individual. The authors are proving that today society and authorities do not provide universities facilities that are necessary to make higher education effective. That is the main reason the reforms of higher education are not effective. The authors propose their own methodology. The problem if infantilization of the modern student is also being analyzed in the article. As a conclusion the authors formulate the model of the professionalism of a law student, that can be used as an appropriate for today’s higher education.
