Abstract:
The article is devoted to the institution of crimes against life and health committed in penitentiary institutions. The author, considering the classification of crimes against life and health, relies on a practical approach, which makes it possible to distinguish between crimes committed by convicts and the commission of which is impossible or unlikely. Analyzing the findings, the author also suggests the concept of crimes of this group.
