Legal cooperation of Russia and Finland: problems of realization and development prospects

In article features of international legal cooperation of Russia and Finland from the point of view of its formation, of formation, current state and identify ways to further improvement. Based on the history of Russian-Finnish relations as a whole, concluded international treaties, the article defines the main stages of cooperation between the two countries in civil and family cases, identified factors that influence and define such cooperation. Also considered the most characteristic examples of interaction of competent bodies of Russia and Finland on the resolution of family disputes. The ways of optimization of cooperation of Russia and Finland for family Affairs. The study was based on such main methodological principles as the development of the research subject, its logical certainty, historical specificity and the dialectical relation between logical and historical ways of knowing, system and comprehensiveness.
